Terms of Service
Last updated: June 28, 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing omyra.xyz or interacting with the Omyra protocol, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or the protocol.
2. The protocol is non-custodial
Omyra is decentralized protocol software. You interact with it directly through your own wallet; you alone control your keys, funds, memory, and signing. Omyra Labs does not take custody of your assets or data and cannot transact on your behalf.
3. Pre-launch and forward-looking statements
Omyra is in a pre-launch stage. Descriptions of architecture and capabilities are engineering targets that may change, may be delayed, or may not ship. Nothing here is a guarantee of future functionality, availability, or performance.
4. $OMYRA is a utility token
$OMYRA is a utility token required for protocol operation — staking, fee settlement, and reputation weighting. It is not a security, share, or investment, and it does not represent equity or a claim on profits.
Nothing on this website is financial, legal, or tax advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Digital assets are volatile and risky; you are solely responsible for your decisions and for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the website or protocol for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, to disrupt the network, or to circumvent its security. You are responsible for your own conduct and content.
6. Blockchain and third-party risk
Transactions on Solana are public, permanent, and irreversible. Loss of your keys means irreversible loss of access — no one, including Omyra Labs, can recover them. The protocol depends on third parties (e.g. Solana, RPC providers, wallet software, TEE hardware vendors) whose failures are outside our control.
7. No warranty
The website and protocol are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omyra Labs and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, data, or profits, arising from your use of the website or protocol.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the protocol matures. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
