1. Non-custodial by design
Omyra is a protocol, not a custodian. Inference runs inside hardware enclaves (Intel TDX, AMD SEV-SNP) that operators cannot see into, and an agent's memory is encrypted on-chain under keys only you hold. We cannot read your prompts, your inference inputs and outputs, or your memory — privacy is enforced by hardware and cryptography, not by our promise.
2. Information this website collects
The omyra.xyz website is mostly static. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard request metadata such as IP address, user agent, and timestamps to serve pages and protect against abuse. We do not sell this data.
If you connect a wallet or interact with the protocol on-chain, your public wallet address and transactions are recorded on the Solana blockchain. This is public, permanent, and outside our control.
3. How we use information
To operate and secure the website, understand aggregate usage, and communicate updates where you have opted in (for example, joining our Telegram or following on X). We do not use your prompts, memory, or inference data for any purpose — we never have access to it.
4. On-chain data is public and permanent
Anything written to Solana — wallet addresses, transactions, on-chain commitments — is public and immutable by the nature of a blockchain. Provable deletion in Omyra removes the ability to decrypt a memory entry (by spending a one-time nullifier); it does not erase historical blockchain records.
5. Third-party services
We rely on third parties including Cloudflare (hosting), Solana RPC providers, and wallet software (e.g. Phantom, Solflare). Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies. Wallet providers, not Omyra, control your keys and signing.
6. Your choices
You control your keys, your memory, and your participation. You can stop using the website or protocol at any time, and you can provably delete memory you control through Omyra's tooling. For website-related requests, contact us using the links below.
7. Changes
This policy may change as the protocol matures. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
